Broadcasting company Fathom Events has confirmed that the documentary about the life of legendary actress Betty White will continue to be screened in the United States this month. The screening of the documentary was not canceled even though White died on December 31, 2021.

As planned, the documentary entitled Betty White-100 Years Young-Birthday Celebration will be screened on January 17, 2021 in 900 theaters in the United States with broadcast times at 13.00 and 19.00 local time.

"We will continue with our plans to screen the film to provide an avenue for everyone to celebrate the life experiences of the beloved White," said Producers Steve Boettcher and Mike Trinklein.

The two producers admitted that they were amazed by White's personality as a comedic actress after knowing her for many years. Despite his death, White is believed to live on in the hearts of his fans.

White died 17 days before turning 100 and the cause of death has not been disclosed.

As a producer, the film is said to be a form of gratitude for the joy that has been presented over the years. White always said he was the luckiest man in the world to have such a long career. On the other hand, Boettcher and Trinklein are also very lucky because they can establish a very long cooperation.

The 100-minute documentary captures various behind-the-scenes footage of White's life. The highlight of the main role in the documentary is about White who has been dedicated to being an advocate for animal welfare. In addition, the documentary will also summarize the career journey of the woman.
